The United States President-elect, Joe Biden, has formally announced his cabinet picks for a number of key national security and foreign policy roles.
Among them is Tony Blinken for Secretary of State, Alejandro Mayorkas for Homeland Security and Avril Haines will be the first female director of National Intelligence.
