Work is underway to block off a broken wastewater pipe in central Wellington, which burst at the intersection of Victoria and Mercer Streets.yesterday.
Those roads are closed, and no traffic is able to turn onto Harris street from Jervois Quay, while residents in the central city are being asked to restrict their wastewater use.
