Could central Wellington go fossil fuel free in 4 years?

A Wellington City Councillor wants to rid the central city of fossil fuel cars by 2025. The idea was put forward at a council meeting today by councillor Tamatha Paul, and council staff will now look into it. She speaks to Max Towle.
