New border exemptions for some migrants' families

The families of critical health care staff and a small number of other highly-skilled workers will soon be able to apply to enter New Zealand. The government announced three new border exemptions this morning. Meriana Johnsen speaks to RNZ political reporter Katie Scotcher.
