School kids want mouldy classrooms replaced faster
About 150 Hutt Valley High students are doing their school work on the steps of parliament today, hoping the government will replace their mould-riddled classrooms quickly. The school has closed more than a dozen classrooms, three bathrooms, a dance room, and its C Block due to the extent of the mould. Year 12 and 13 students are working from home for 2 to 3 days each week. Head student Charlotte Leach speaks to Emma Hatton.
