Legal challenge to halt second election in Samoa

A legal challenge is underway in Apia to halt the running of a second election in Samoa. Proceedings started in the Supreme Court this morning and are expected to stretch well into this afternoon. RNZ Pacific's Jamie Tahana is following the developments and speaks to Max Towle.
