Victoria wakes up to fourth Covid lockdown

Melbourne has awoken to its fourth lockdown, with the Covid cluster increasing this morning to a total of 30 positive cases. For the next week, people in the state of Victoria are in strict lockdown, and only allowed to leave their homes for a few reasons, including food shopping and limited exercise.
