A group representing 22 families of Pike River victims wants the recovery project to continue, despite the government saying it's become too expensive and difficult. A month ago - another families group reluctantly accepted the decision - this separate Families Group Committee is today filing an application for a judicial review challenging Minister Andrew Little.
