Samoa's politics are deadlocked again, after the Head of State late last night reprimanded the country's Supreme Court, claiming it has no authority over him. The Court had directed parliament to sit by today but late last night the Head of State said it would sit in a month, to give time for by-elections and other court hearings to take place.
