Lawyer appeals parts of Covid-19 lockdown deemed legal
A legal challenge against the country's level 3 and 4 Covid-19 lockdowns is underway in the Court of Appeal today. Former parliamentary counsel and law drafter Andrew Borrowdale is appealing parts of a court judgment from last year. RNZ reporter Hamish Cardwell has been following the proceedings since last year, and speaks to Māni Dunlop about the case.
