Afghani refugee urgently trying to get his family to NZ

An Afghani refugee who has been trying to get his family to New Zealand says it is a matter of life of death - and they are fearing for their lives. Many of those who helped in peacekeeping missions over the past two decades were granted residency here, but that offer did not extend to their parents or siblings - and advocates and refugees are calling for it to be extended to those all who have links to Aotearoa. Ahmed - who does not want his real name used to protect family members still in Afghanistan - told Māni Dunlop he has a clear message for Jacinda Ardern: act urgently.
