Rents leap 10 percent year on year, says TradeMe

Rents around the country have leapt 10 percent over the past year. That's according to Trade Me's latest Rental Price Index. The national median weekly rent reached a new high of $550 last month, after a stagnant autumn. Trade Me property sales director Gavin Lloyd tells Māni Dunlop which regions have had the largest increases.
