New Caledonia will go into a two-week lockdown in just a few minutes, that is at the top of the hour, after the detection of three new Covid-19 cases in the community. The French territory had been Covid-19 free after suppressing a community outbreak in March. Worldwatch reporter Max Towle spoke to RNZ Pacific's Walter Zweifel.
