The Whanau Ora provider has been rallying to get more Māori vaccinated to help drive up the low vaccination rates of tangata whenua and has seen and increase in uptake with the walk-in approach.
It has also been providing food parcels, driving up testing rates and checking in on kaumātua in their hapori.
