The Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield says getting vaccination levels above 90 per cent is the single best tool in New Zealand's Covid-19 toolkit.
Dr Bloomfield says Aotearoa may never get back to zero cases, but the elimination strategy is about a zero tolerance approach to Covid in the community.
