The National Party has laid out its so-called Back in Business plan to support businesses, reduce restrictions, and reopen the country.
It would let areas with 70 percent vaccination and no Covid-19 move to level 1, and fully vaccinated businesses return to normal operation.
It would also bring in temporary tax cuts for small business and industry-specific support.
The Party's finance spokesperson Michael Woodhouse spoke to Māni Dunlop.
