The spread of Covid-19 throughout the country continues - a new case has been detected in Palmerston North.
This follows someone testing positive in Christchurch yesterday after attending a tangi in Auckland.
Canterbury health officials are encouraging people to get tested.
In Palmerston North, the positive case is a man who's a casual contact of one of the two Woodville cases from the weekend.
He went to training at his cricket club on Tuesday which is closing up and having a deep clean.
