Over the past four weeks of Putin's campaign to steal Ukraine -- a sovereign country -- the world has seen his administration's contempt for international laws, norms and humanity.
The shocking attacks have included: indiscriminately targeting civilians; using thermobaric weapons; reports of using cluster bombs; and even the threat of nuclear weapons.
University of Queensland associate professor of international relations Marianne Hanson told Worldwatch's Max Towle such weapons must be eliminated.
