The man who killed a rising MMA star in a late night Auckland attack last year has been sentenced to just under three years in jail.
25 year old Liufau Vake died in hospital nine days after being punched multiple times in the head by a group of four men outside a bar on Symonds Street.
Today Daniel Havili was sentenced in court for his manslaughter.
