Property investors want harsher penalties for problem tenants and to return the bright-line test to two years.
They want tax cuts on rental property mortgages reinstated and to once again be able to give 90 days notice to end a tenancy for any reason.
The ideas are part of a five-point plan the Property Investors Federation says will fix the rental property crisis.
