Large gang tangi held in Lower Hutt and Porirua

The Police Minister is confident officers have the power and resources to control a large gang tangi in Lower Hutt and Porirua on Tuesday despite reports of disruption and intimidation. Police Minister Mark Mitchell spoke to Charlotte Cook.
