PM Luxon delivers apology to survivors of abuse in state care

The Prime Minister has delivered a formal apology to all survivors abused while in the care of the state. Karl Taupari is a survivor and the chair of NZ Collective Of Abused In State Care Charitable Trust and he spoke to Charlotte Cook.
