Children's Minister pauses Oranga Tamariki review into service provider contracts

The Children's Minister has asked Oranga Tamariki to pause its review into service provider contracts, and extend existing contracts until the end of the year. Political reporter Lilian Hanly spoke to Charlotte Cook.
