Minister Andrew Bayly resigns after incident with staff member

Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister Andrew Bayly has resigned his ministerial positions after what he says was an "animated discussion" that ended with him placing a hand on a staffer's arm. Political Editor Jo Moir spoke to Charlotte Cook.
