A trade war between the US and some of its closest trading partners has erupted - causing stock markets to plummet and raising fears it could contribute to a crash in the global economy. Tim Groser was Trade Minister during the Key Government and was New Zealand's ambassador to the US during the first Trump administration. Groser spoke to Charlotte Cook.
