As New Zealand mulls sending peacekeepers to Ukraine in the event of a peace deal, Australia has just been struck with a stark warning from Russia of "grave consequences" if it puts boots on the ground as part of a peacekeeping operation. Josh Wineera is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Defence Force; a former defence attaché to the Pacific and served in NZs third contingent of peacekeepers to Bosnia in 1995. Wineera spoke to Charlotte Cook.
