Queenstown councillor blows whistle on wastewater plan

A Queenstown councillor has blown the whistle on a district council proposal to pump 12,000 cubic metres of treated wastewater into the Shotover River per day. Queenstown councillor Niki Gladding spoke to Charlotte Cook.
