Confronting man with gun wins Dunedin man bravery award

"I'd rather be known as Chris Foot, truck driver, rather than a hero." But today Mr Foote's being publicly commended for his bravery in trying to to save his neighbour's two children from their father who was threatening them with a gun. He's one of 11 New Zealanders honoured today for exceptional bravery.
