Government tightens residency rules for migrants

The Government has temporarily stopped the parents of mainly Chinese and Indian residents from migrating to New Zealand saying they're a multi-million dollar burden on taxpayers. Michael Woodhouse, the Immigration Minister, says some people are not honouring the commitments they made before coming in to the country.
