Testing pre-schoolers can predict future risks

About 20 percent of the population accounts for more than 80 percent of of society's health care, criminal justice, and social welfare system costs. New research from the long-running Dunedin Multidisciplinary Study suggests it is possible to identify these adults when they are still young children.
