Emergency services and local teams will this morning resume searching for a person missing off the Kapiti Coast, near the Otaki River mouth.

Yesterday a man's body was found, however a witness said they saw two people on board when the small inflatable boat capsized.
The water search for the second person was suspended last night due to extremely rough conditions.
