Council to debate financial help for campylobacter victims

More than five thousand people were struck down by a gastric bug last winter, after Havelock North's water supply was contaminated. For some the effects haven't gone away. The Hasting's District Council will today decide what it's prepared to do, financially, for those who are still suffering.
