More legal action over swamp kauri exports planned

Northland environmentalists plan to appeal against a judge's ruling there are no legal grounds for curtailing exports of ancient swamp kauri. A disappointed Fiona Furrell, the chair of the Northland Environmental Protection Society, says"the implications for the environment are terrible."
