Auckland city cleans up after flash floods bring city to a halt

The focus now is helping the 18 people who didn't have anywhere to sleep last night "If you know someone who's been impacted go and check on them and see what you can do to help," says Auckland Civil Defence's emergency operations manager Aaron Davis.
