Oxfam is challenging people to try going 24 hours without using the taps next week to raise awareness of the reality of life for many in the Pacific.
Oxfam New Zealand's executive director, Rachael Le Mesurier, says it's great timing with WaterCare's call for Aucklanders to conserve 20 litres a day.
