St John - Not making more mistakes- just more reporting

The ambulance service says better reporting is behind the sharp jump in the number of serious mistakes by paramdiecs. Norma Lane, St John's director of clinical operations, says there can always be more resources but it's important to learn from the better reporting. "Every day St John goes out there to save lives and the vast majority of people we get to, we save them, we get better outcomes."
