US says relations with Russia at a new low

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and the Russian president Vladimir Putin has held a surprise meeting. After the meeting the US's top diplomat said relations between his country and Russia are at a new low. Mr Tillerson travelled to Moscow in hopes of persuading Mr Putin to withdraw his support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's regime but he's told reporters the current tensions between the two countries were untenable.
