Bromwich, Proctor banned from Rugby League World Cup

Jesse Bromwich and Kevin Proctor will not be playing for New Zealand when the Kiwis take the field in the Rugby League World Cup in October. Ken Laban, a sports commentator, and longtime member of the Wainuiomata Rugby League community, agrees with the decision.
