To tip or not to tip - Restaurants Association supports Bennett

Labour's tourism spokesperson Kris Faafoi has poured cold water on Paula Bennett's proposal to introduce tipping in restaurants and bars, while the Restaurants Association says the Tourism Minister's idea should be encouraged more.
