British Airways CEO refuses to resign

As British Airways calculates the cost of its IT system glitch over the weekend, its Chief Executive is refusing to resign. It's thought the failure over the Bank Holiday which grounded thousands of passengers could cost the airline more than 100 million dollars. London-based aviation analyst Alex Macheras says the company made most of its IT team, who could've fixed the glitch, redundant.
