New Chathams wharf bashes holes in boats

The Government has put aside money in Budget 2017 to repair and improve the Chatham Island's main wharf. The new wharf was smashed up in Cyclone Pam in 2015, just weeks after it was opened. Locals didn't like it then and hundreds of thousands of dollars have been spent fixing it. But its engineer is backing the design.
