MoH likely to be told to improve performance - Coleman

The relationship between the Ministry of Health and District Health Boards has hit rock bottom according to DHBs - with a multi milllion dollar funding bungle adding to the strain. The Minister of Health Jonathan Coleman says the relationship isn't broken.
