Rainbow Warrior investigator doesn't want case reopened

The man who once investigated the bombing of the Rainbow Warrior, former detective superintendent, later assistant police commissioner, Alan Galbraith, has expressed regret that the people he once pursued for the crime had got away but does not want the investigation to be re-opened now.
