Southern DHB answers questions on delayed surgeries

The Southern District Health Board is under pressure from patients and their families angry at how often surgeries are being postponed at Dunedin hospital. Its Chief Medical Officer, Nigel Millar, says he is not aware of people dying while waiting for surgery.
