Donald Trump has doubled down on his "fire and fury" warning to North Korea, saying it "wasn't tough enough".
Meanwhile, residents on the island of Guam - within range of the isolated nation - are frustrated at their local government's preparation, saying it isn't taking the threat of missile attack from North Korea seriously enough.
"This threat is the first time since 2013 that [North Korea] have been very specific about Guam, and that they're doing this in retaliation to comments made by President Trump," local news director Janela Carrera told Morning Report.
