Floodwaters to rise around Houston as city's levees opened

Floodwaters are expected to rise around Houston in the coming hours as the city's levees are opened to relieve pressure on a number of dams. Houston Public Media reporter Andrew Schneider says one of the main highways running through Houston looks like a lake. It's a "nightmare scenario" he says.
