The European Union says the Brexit negotiations are advancing too slowly. Negotiator Michael Barnier has told Brexit talks in Brussels overnight that there's still not enough clarity from the United Kingdom on how the proceedings should continue.
"One thing the EU is really stressing here is there's so much fuss over this so-called 'Divorce Bill' but really... what they want from the UK is some sort of formula they can agree upon in terms of how much money the UK has to pay the EU once the 'divorce' is final," Kevin Ozebeck says.
