Mangere Labour MP Aupito William Sio says it's outrageous an Auckland family with severe health needs is being evicted from their state home after their grandmother died.
Housing New Zealand has issued the Morris family with a 21-day eviction notice because the tenancy agreement with the grandmother is now terminated.
