Manus Island detainees moved to Port Moresby

A growing number of detainees on Manus Island are being moved to Port Moresby for medical treatment, with the understanding they don't have to return. And with just a couple of months before the Manus Island detention centre is wound up, PNG is worried it'll be left to care for about 800 refugees.
