Moko's grandmother tells inquest of frustration, helplessless

Day one of the inquest into toddler Moko Rangitoheriri's death was full of emotionally-charged testimony. Moko's grandmother described her frustration and helplessness and Coroner Wallace Bain said Moko's injuries made other abuse cases, namely Nia Glassie, look like kindergarten.
